Energy Healing comes in many forms, such as:
Breathwork
Chakra Balacing
Distance Healing
Grounding
Prana (Chi) Healing
Reiki Healing
Qi healing
Energy Healing utilizes knowledge of the body's subtle energy field to stimulate healing in patients.  When this energy is imbalanced, bodily functions may become impaired and overtime, disease can appear. With various methods ranging from breathing techniques and symbolic imagery to focused intentions and visualizations, these energy healers bring patients back to balance. Energy Healing treatments are completely safe and always very beneficial for the person treated.

Energy Healing can be beneficial for:
* Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
* Making or handling life changes.
* Promoting the healing of addictions and past traumas.
* Complimenting and supporting conventional medical treatments.
* Helping to reduce side affects of conventional medications or treatments.
* Improving recovery time, and helping with pain management.
* Strengthening the immune system.
* Increasing energy levels.
* Increasing mental clarity.
* Accelerating the body's natural self-healing abilities.
* Helping to heal suppressed or blocked emotions and feelings.
* Creating deep relaxation and better sleep by helping the body release stress, tension, anxiety and general emotional distress.
* Relieving pain, improving both chronic and acute medical problems.
* Removing energy blockages by bringing the body into balance and harmony.
* Promoting spiritual growth.

What happens during an Energy Healing Treatment?
Most energy healing sessions average 60 to 90 minutes. Treatments are performed on a comfortably padded massage table, fully clothed. But it can also be performed while a patient is lying down, sitting or standing.

The practitioner places both hands gently on top of the patient over key positions on the body. The practitioner acts as  a channel for the healing energy to pass into the patient. The energy comes from a universal source, not the practitioner.
